Bananas in Bowl with Painting on Door -- John Chervinsky

John Chervinsky has recently been featured on the Los Angeles Times photography blog Framework. Featuring images from both Chervinsky's An Experiment in Perspective and Studio Physics portfolios, Barbara Davidson asks Chervinsky about the creation of both bodies of work, as well as how his fellow scientists (Chervinsky is an engineer working in the field of applied physics) have responded to his photographic career. "Embroidery for Sale" Nosy Iranja, Madagascar -- Janice Levy

Congratulations to Janice Levy who's photograph Falcon Market, Riyadh, KSA 2011 was awarded First Prize in The Photo Review 2013 Competition issue. Images from the competition will be exhibited at Philadelphia's University of the Arts' Gallery with an opening reception on November 1st.
